About DOST

Care is stronger when we connect.

An oncology consultation and patient advice platform being built for Afghanistan. A shared path for health professionals to exchange guidance, and for patients and families to ask where to turn next.

Our purpose

A shared purpose.
A clearer path.

Cancer care can involve many questions. Good connections can help those questions reach the right people.

DOST is designed to bring professional knowledge and patient direction into one coordinated space, connecting health professionals in Afghanistan with approved colleagues in the Afghan diaspora.

The purpose is simple: support professional consultation, make approved knowledge easier to access, and create a structured way for people to seek oncology-related advice.

Different paths, one purpose

What guides the platform

Thoughtful by design.

Clear boundaries are part of creating a useful, respectful space for care-related conversations.

  1. Thoughtful participation

Professional applications will be reviewed before an account is activated.

  2. Clear boundaries

DOST supports advice and direction. It does not provide medical treatment.

  3. Respect for information

Professional consultations and patient requests are intended for controlled access.
